I’ll be studying abroad in europe this fall and am looking for a good travel backpack. I’ll be visiting various countries for weekend trips so I need something big enough to hold enough stuff but not so cumbersome that it is difficult to travel with/carry around.

I’m doing a 3 month backpacking trip through Europe this summer. I need a backpack that can hold an ample amount of gear, but is still light, and something that is waterproof. I would also like something that has a pouch for a water bladder. I’ve done some research, but since I have little experience, I’m hoping someone can give me some good choices and good ideas.

I’m planning on going backpacking throughout some of Canada starting this April or May, and I’d like to know how much a decent backpack will cost me. And if possible a list of hostels in Canada. Thank you.

For months, I’ve been drawing in pen all over my backpack during my math class, and, the doodles look really great. I’d never erase them. Problem is, I haven’t been able to wash my backpack at all, and, to say it lightly, I’m not always thorough in disposing my lunch properly, and my backpack smells… Well, deathly. Other than hand-washing, which doesn’t really get the smell out, any ideas?

I want to carry more weight when walking around at a local nature trail, but i’m not sure what to put in a backpack to burn some extra calories. I’m not going camping or anything, but i don’t want to go hippie and carry bricks or rocks in my bag. lol. Any tips?

I’m going to Europe for almost a month and i only want to bring a backpack that i can carry onto the airplane. The bulk of what I’m packing is mainly clothes and my laptop.
